We offer four tiers of roofing maintenance package: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. However, you should carefully consider your requirements and preferences for roofing maintenance before settling on one of these packages. Below, we detail different services offered with each tier.

Roofguard Bronze policies are only available to single and two storey properties not exceeding 60m² of pitched tiled or slate roof covering.
Our Bronze package includes
- Annual roof inspections carried out covering all tiling, leadwork, ridge tiling, gutters, downpipes, chimney stacks and chimney pots.
- Full surveys and detailed reports kept, with supporting photographs taken to comply with any home insurance maintenance requirements.
- Maintenance repair cover of up to £500 towards material and labour costs annually.
- Rapid Response teams available in a home emergency.
- Dedicated claims management service for home insurance storm damage claims.*

Roofing issues often emerge slowly rather than abruptly – and this has the advantage of allowing such issues to be nipped in the bud, so to say, rather than left to fester.
You might not know how to safely inspect a roof or, if you do, be aware of specific indicators of a problem roof. However, we offer a roof health check which will be both expertly handled and free.
